Vincennes Beauty College is pleased to provide the 2025 Annual Security Report. This report is designed to provide information about Campus Safety, security procedures, and policies. VBC’s Annual Security Report is prepared annually in compliance with the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (“Clery Act”). Jeanne Clery, a Lehigh University Freshman, was assaulted and murdered in her residence hall room in April of 1986. The Clery Act was enacted in the hope that awareness of criminal activity can help to reduce the likelihood of victimization. The Clery Act requires that colleges and universities participating in federal student aid programs must prepare, publish, and distribute campus security policies and crime statistics.

All statistics gathered and complied are reported to the college’s community via this report, entitled the "Annual Security Report.” This report is published by VBC no later than October 1st of each year and distributed in orientation, along with a notice of its availability to all current enrolled students and employees. The notice of availability explains how to access the Annual Security Report, and how to request a copy.

The 2025 Annual Security Report is designed to be informative and provide a sense of safety and security. If you have any questions or would like additional information about safety and security at VBC, please contact the school for assistance.
